The housing program operates to support Colorado Nonprofit Organizations that provide safe, decent and affordable housing to Colorado residents. Grants will be given to qualified Colorado Nonprofits that support safe and affordable housing.

We also accomplish our mission by supporting education and research of housing issues, problems and opportunities; and by engaging in activities intended to enhance the ability of Colorado citizens to secure housing and support the communities in which we live and work. We believe that everyone deserves the chance to have a home. We want to build this belief in all of the communities we touch. There are several ways in which we fund this program, interest bearing escrow accounts, interest from our Legacy Fund (endowment), individual donations, sponsorships and fundraising efforts.

Colorado Nonprofits that meet CRF’s Housing Program Grant Application Guidelines can apply for grants using the Colorado Common Grant.

The Education Program will work to educate the community on the importance of home ownership, how it supports the community, and will provide the information necessary to make informed decisions when it comes to purchasing a home.

We sponsor tools, such as the down payment assistance program, that offer a resource for individuals to research down payment programs they may be eligible for.

We believe having a resource to act quickly when disaster strikes is a true testament to the REALTOR® Brand.

The Disaster Relief program is designed to assist communities throughout the United States so REALTORS® can come together when a disaster strikes and help the communities in which they live and work.
